The following populations are eligible for MHC services:

Gallaudet University students

Through our training program:

Deaf and hard of hearing individuals and their family members in the Washington Metro area through our training program.

A limited number of deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals and their families from other parts of the United States

A small number of hearing clients so as to provide trainees with a wider range of clientele experiences

Clients may come from any age group, including children, adolescents, young adults, and the elderly

Consultation services to staff and faculty
